Refund policy

Because our service are digital products and contain proprietary tools, assets, and knowledge we do not offer Refunds.

We only offer refunds to double charges. Our services are subscription based and can be cancelled at any time no questions asked. To manage subscription, head over to our website at TsugiTrades.Com and create an account. Make sure to create an account using the email you used when you bought the membership. After creating an account you will be able to manage and change your membership status. 

Please understand that we do not offer Refunds if you forget to cancel your membership. If you wish to cancel membership, cancel 1-3 Days prior to reoccurring. Thank you for understanding.
